He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Kristen Kuyper, Darryl Kuyper, Kyle Kuyper (Marissa), Katrina Kuyper, Heather Youngblut (Ben) and Brandon Elsinger (Wendi); and his sisters, Audrey Van Genderen and Doris Herbst. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
