She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Eugene Allar Junior and Elaine Joyce Allar; her grandparents, Walter, Theresa Schmidt, Ralph and Irene Allar; her uncle Robert; her aunts, Joyce Schmidt, Loretta Peterson and Kathy Allar; her cousins, David Peterson, Kim Geise, Kevin Schmidt (Barb) and Kirk Schmidt; and her close friend Marlene Swearingen.
She is survived by: her sister Lisa; her brother-in-law Rodney Minton; her nephews, Derrick Minton (Amanda Clark) and Dylan Minton (Tory); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ava, Chase and Lacey; her nephew Devin Minton (Brooklyn Johanknecht); and her aunt Betty Allar Shirley (Duane Allar). She is also survived by mother and daughter, they were best friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the A. J. Holly & Sons (526 S Main St, Waupaca, WI 54981). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
When her father Ralph's Parkinson's advanced, Barb was there with him to help and care for him until the day he died.
