She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Reinhard and Viola Reinhard (Waller); her brother Charles Reinhard; her sister-in-law Syda Reinhard; her parents-in-law, Clarence and Ruth Peterson; her siblings-in-law, Robert Peterson, Gladys, Harvey Jonas, Alden Van Dyk, Shirley, Jerry Coleman, Maynard Vandermause, Allan and Audrey Hasenjager; her nephew Scott Reinhard; and her husband Donald.
She is survived by: her children, James Peterson (Kathy) of Sturgeon Bay, Joni Vertz (Tony) of Sturgeon Bay and Jeffrey Peterson of Sturgeon Bay; her grandchildren, Crystal Jodarski (Chris), Amber O'Laire (Kevin), A. J. Vertz (Shannon), April Ackerman (Ryan), Ben, Justin, Emily and Courtney Peterson (Dylan); her great grandchildren, Abigail Berrigan, Ariah Jodarski, Remington, Archar, Willa Lee O'Laire, Tyler, Sophie Vertz and Sydney Peterson; and her siblings-in-law, Laverne Vandermause of Kiel and Donna Peterson. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. John Ev. Lutheran Church - Valmy (4911 Brauer Rd, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Ev. Lutheran Church (4911 Brauer Rd, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235).
