It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas John Quimby of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 6, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Quimby and Helen Quimby; his wife Mary Phillips; and his son Mark Quimby. He is survived by: his children, Brian Quimby (Kristen), Kevin Quimby (Helen), Becky Gavin (Dave), Wendy Grezenski (Mike), Eric Quimby (Michele), Stephanie Gibby (Bryan) and Renee Perzinski (Clayton); his grandchildren, Travis Wilkinson (Angela), Braeden Quimby, Daphne, Mason, Sydney Gavin, Austin Grezenski, Hailey Knetter (Nash), Trevor, Trent, Tanner, Tristen Perzinski, Brian Novotny (Stephanie) and Mindy; his great grandchildren, Stryker, Slade, Sutton Wilkinson, Rhianna, Kinley, Bennett and Levi; his sister Shirley Smith; his sister-in-law Bonnie Quimby; his siblings, Ann "Queenie" Pozorski, Joan Meshak, Donald Quimby and Dave Quimby; and his brother-in-law Charlie Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bronislava Catholic Church (3200 Plover Rd, Plover, WI 54467). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Bronislava Parish Cemetery (3200 Plover Rd, Plover, WI 54467).
