It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel J. Barman (Cross Plains, Wisconsin), who passed away on September 8, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Barman and Mary Barman (Maier); his parents-in-law, Cyril and Laura Haag; and his brother Michael Barman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary of John's Catholic Church; his children, Melissa Moss (Tom) of Sauk City, Bradley Barman (Sarah) of Sun Prairie, Laurie Barman (Teddy) of St. Petersburg, Fla., Adam Barman (Christi Pasqualetto) of Lodi and Andrea Barman (Sam Willams) of Chicago, Ill.; and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Audrey, Rosemary, Caleb and Tigré. He is also survived by his siblings and in-laws.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (2947 Thinnes St, Cross Plains, WI 53528). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Reach Out Lodi.
