Though Frances may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford Cooper and Gwendolyn Cooper (Railton); her daughter Karen Bender; her siblings, Harry Cooper (Ann), Cal Cooper (Millie) and Kate Crary (Don); and her brother-in-law Joe Schadauer.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Cooper (Christine) of Rosendale and Connie Hackbarth of West Bend; her son-in-law Wayne Bender of Green Bay; and her sister Louise Schadauer of Richland Center. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schmitt Woodland Hills Chapel (1400 W Seminary St, Richland Center, WI 53581). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
