He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Perez and Lucia Perez (Diaz); his son Ramon Perez; and his siblings, Juanita Perez, Cirilo, Alcario and Francisco Perez.
He is survived by: his wife Matilde Perez Rosas; his children, Anabela Perez, Octavio Perez, Rene Perez, Esmeralda Aragon Perez (Camilo) and Omar Perez (Amanda); his grandchildren, Christian, Fernando, Luca, Jared, Liliana, Marley, Naya, Camilo Jr. and Jurnee; and his siblings, Ester Perez, Rito Perez, Jose Angel Perez, Marciano Perez, Maria of Jesus Violante and Manuel Ignacio Perez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lazarczyk Family Funeral Homes (515 Center St, Lake Geneva, WI 53147). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
