He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. Buggs and Margaret M. Buggs (Conley); and his brother Robert Buggs. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Emma Spooner; his children, Thomas Buggs (Pam Mason), Sherri Rogers (Keith), Noel M. Buggs and Todd Buggs (Lori); his grandchildren, Kyle Rogers, Brooke Rogers, Jordan Buggs (Tia), Nicole Jacobson (Teegan), Naomi Erickson (Dalton) and Noelle Buggs; his great grandchildren, Creed Dalton and Collins Lace; his siblings, Francis Buggs and Margaret Buggs; Rossitza, Chad, Janice and Jane.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schneider Funeral Directors (1800 E Racine St, Janesville, WI 53547). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Mercy Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
