He was predeceased by: his parents, David W. Baylor Sr. and Judy Firlotte; his half-sister Rhonda; and his stepsisters, Sandy, Faye and Rosemary.
He is survived by: his wife Leslie Baylor; his children, Austin "Buddy" Baylor (Brianna), Lauren "Baby Girl" Baylor and Matthew "Bud Bud" Baylor; his sister Carolyn McIntire (James); his stepsiblings, Donna, Amanda, David Lee and Johnny; his siblings' children, Chris McIntire (Whitney), Lindsey Pupo, Olivia Carini (Matt Dahle), Mario Carini, AnnaMarie Carini and Anthony Carini; his parents-in-law, Barbara and Gregory Schulte; his brother Russell Garcia (Marlena); and his friend Abby Andrietsch (Omar).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spring Creek Church (n35w22000 W Capitol Dr, Pewaukee, WI 53072). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 18900 W Bluemound Rd Suite 100, Brookfield, WI 53045.
