She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix H. Rank and Anna A. Rank (Junion); her husband Bob; her son Patrick; her parents-in-law, Robert and Angeline Bertrand; and her siblings-in-law, Donna, Marvin Kinnard, Ray VandenHouten, Arletta Bertrand and Hub Jauquet.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Bertrand (Lori), Amy Buhr (Randy) and Angela Dhuey; her grandchildren, Alycia Zellner (Alex), Dani McFall (Kyle), Brooke Bertrand (Ben Hoida), Josie, Riley, Harper and Spencer; her great grandchildren, Ella, Grant and Baby McFall; her brother Roger Rank (Barb); and her siblings-in-law, Dick Bertrand (Karen), Gerald Bertrand, Pat VandenHouten, Carole Margotto (Gary) and Marion Jauquet.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (3009 Bay Settlement Rd, Green Bay, WI 54311). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Sandra's name.
