She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Gagnon and Beverly Gagnon (Martell); her daughter Melissa Clark; and her brother Steve Gagnon. She is survived by: her husband Hugo Belke; her son Alan Belke; her grandchildren, Jordan Clark, Caleb Clark and Corynn Belke; and her siblings, Cathy Hill (Mark), Julie Gutowski (Mark), Chrissy Gussert (Don Craig) and Scott Gagnon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Service (107 S Franklin St, Oconto Falls, WI 54154). A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, there will be a donation box at the service to benefit an organization close to Vicki's heart-the Menominee County Children's Disability Services where she worked. Checks can be made payable to Menominee County Health Services.
