He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Borghese and Mary Borghese (Scolastico); his sister Rose Jean Melillo (Vito); and his in-laws, Walter and Estelle Tajak.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Borghese; his sister Judy Wojtkiewicz (late Robert); his brother-in-law Richard Tajak (Germaine E. Aprill); and his close friends, Celeste Zywiciel (late Bob Duffer), Walter Zywiciel, Norman Birr and Ron Stancy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
