She was predeceased by: her parents, Guadelupe Salazar and Delfina Salazar (Garza); her former husband Fred Yurk; her husband Armando Chavez; her children-in-law, Wendy Yurk, Steve Weinfurter and Roy Kloppenburg; her grandchildren, Anthony Schleicher and Sherri Flood; her siblings-in-law, Christian Yurk, John Yurk (Marilyn), James Yurk, Dick Yurk, Paul Yurk, Darrell Tolle, Jim Newman, Barbara Holzer (Larry), Kaye King (Bob) and Judy Valenta; and her nephews, Travis Yurk and Jayson Yurk.
She is survived by: her children, Rosalinda "Rosa" Chavez, Diana Chavez-McMillin (Sean) of Appleton, Elena Weinfurter of Sheboygan Falls, Christine "Chris" Flood (Rick) of Sheboygan, Dennis Yurk (Shelley) of Manitowoc, Thomas "Thom" Yurk of Sheboygan, Pamela "Pam" Richter (Mark) of Port Washington and Amy Kiedrowski (Dan) of Sheboygan; her sisters, Theresa Yoakum (Tom) of Sheboygan and Lydia Tolle of San Antonio; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Foster (Marvin) of Sheboygan Falls, Jean Yurk of Sheboygan, Pat Yurk of Sheboygan, Debbie Yurk of Sheboygan and Chuck Yurk (Wendy) of Sheboygan. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Dominic Catholic Church (2136 N 21st St, Sheboygan, WI 53081). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
