He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Gauerke and Alma Gauerke (Lemke); and his siblings, Ruth Rucks and Edward Gauerke. He is survived by: his wife Ardis Brandenburg; his daughters, Deb Heffernon (Jeff) of Shawano and Deanne Gauerke of Sun Prairie; his grandchildren, Holly Steckbauer (Sam) of Merrill and Scott Heffernon (Lindsey) of Rhinelander; his great grandchildren, Dawson, Harlee, Hank and Howie; and his brother Larry Gauerke.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hills Lutheran Church (N1615 Meadowview Dr, Greenville, WI 54942). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hill Lutheran Church (1615 Meadowview Dr, Greenville, WI 54942).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made to Shepherd of the Hill Lutheran Church in memory of Norb.
