He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry J. Clark and Donna Mae Clark Sr.. He is survived by: his brothers, Randy Clark (Deb) and Jerry J. Clark Jr.; and his siblings' children, Ray Clark (Mallorie), Marissa Clark and Morgan Clark (Mitch Kurtz). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
