He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ziegler and MaryAnn Ziegler (Madson); his siblings, William Ziegler (Joyce) and Joanne Bohenstengel; and his parents-in-law, Henry and Frances Kruis.
He is survived by: his wife Jan Kruis Ziegler; his children, Dawn Anderson (Don), Jamie Ziegler, Nathaniel Forward and Tiffany Forward; his grandchildren, Robert Sanford, Dylan Ziegler, Taylor Blevons (Labrisha), Breanna Sanford, Trent Choma, Andrew Forward, Nadia Stuefen and Angelina Stuefen; his great grandchildren, Owen Sanford and Kyree Blevons; his brother-in-law Kruis; and his aunt Nancy Feldhausen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wenig Funeral Home - Oostburg (108 Center Ave, Oostburg, WI 53070). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wenig Funeral Home (108 Center Ave, Oostburg, WI 53070).
He will be laid to rest at Oostburg Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in his name to be put towards a memorial.
