It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger Howard Stoeckmann of Stoughton, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 14, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Stoeckmann and Grace Stoeckmann; and his siblings, George, Helen, Ruth, Harold, Dorothy and Robert.
He is survived by: his children, Joanie Smith (Buddy) of Plano and Randy Stoeckmann (Liz) of Hudson, Wis.; his grandchildren, Josh (Lauren), Christopher, Sam and Grace; and his great grandchild Mason (Josh). He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Gunderson Stoughton Funeral & Cremation Care (1358 US-51, Stoughton, WI 53589). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the McFarland America Legion Post 534 (4911 Burma Rd, McFarland, WI 53558).
