With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet E. Oligney of Plover, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 13, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her children, Doug, Mike Oligney and Robin Tiedt; and her brother Keith Tracy. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Gary Oligney of Stevens Point, Pam Wanta of Stevens Point, Wanda Jootsten (Doug) of Wisconsin Rapids, Roger Oligney of Nekoosa, Victor Oligney of Plover and Dawn Dresden (Ryan) of Plover; and her sisters, Eleanor Wilke of Plover and Patricia Layne of Madison. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pisarski Community Funeral Home (2911 Plover Rd, Plover, WI 54467). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
