She was predeceased by: her parents, Saloma Moody (Brown) and Doc Moody; her significant other Bill Splan; her sons, Tanjore Splan and William J. Splan Jr.; and her sisters, Ozella Plymel and Louise Garrett.
She is survived by: her sister Reba Wilson (Moody) of Jacksonville, FL; her children, Ronald Splan (Joyce) of Beloit, WI, Carolyn Cohen (David) of West Bloomfield, MI, Michael Splan (Kelly Reed) of Kansas City, KS and John Splan of Beloit, WI; and her grandchildren, Holly Lesch, Joel Splan, Jeff Splan, Angie Splan, Amanda Splan, Alicia Schroeder, Rebecca Cohen, Daniel Cohen, Josh Splan and Dylan Splan. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the UAW 95 Union Hall (1795 Lafayette St, Janesville, WI 53546). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
