He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Evelyn; and his siblings, Edward Welsh (Shirley), Bob Welsh (Joan), Diane Gustin (Dean) and Jim Welsh (Marie).
He is survived by: his wife Sarah J. Bonofsky; his children, Allen Welsh (Sheryl McGrath), Thomas Welsh and Vicki Gessner (Glenn); his grandchildren, Sean Gessner, Cody Gessner-Kelly (Michael), Krista Baumeister (Kris), Kevin Welsh (Molly), Danielle Vasquez (Ivan), Andy Welsh (Carol), Ricky Welsh and William Welsh; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Alex, Adrianna, Krista, Jackson and Carter; and his sister-in-law Rosemary Gardner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Buckets (2031 Lathrop Ave, Racine, WI 53405).
