He was predeceased by: his father Keith Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Phillips; his wife Kathryn Munn; his daughter Victoria Rose Nesmith; and his brother Christopher Phillips (Tracy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel (535 S Hillcrest Pkwy, Altoona, WI 54720). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
