He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond V. Wagner and Bernice L Wagner (Lindgren); his wife Penelope Palese (Penny); and his sisters, Lois A. Stoeckel and Donna J. Olsen.
He is survived by: his children, Gary R Mc Nair Foley (Liz) of Alabama, Amy E. Wheaton Foley (Michael) of Alabama and Kurt A. Wagner Fort Atkinson (Wendy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
