We bid farewell to Kathleen A. Armfield of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 17, 2025 at the age of 69. Kathleen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Edward Braatz, Sr.; and her sister-in-law Deborah Braatz. She is survived by: her mother Alice Braatz; her daughters, Marie Andrae (Jon) and Amanda Bocanegra (José); her grandchildren, Miles, Kira, Charlie and Alice; and her siblings, Greg Braatz (Donna), Betty Koenigs (Bob), John Braatz, Bob Braatz, Ed Braatz Jr. (Jackie) and Kevin Braatz (Kim). She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews and their children.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hills Catholic Church (W1562 Co Rd B, Eden, WI 53019). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA) at ocrahope.org, in honor of her strength and spirit.
