She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cooley and Nina Cooley (Thiele); her husband Stephen Herbst; her grandson Jonathan Herbst; and her siblings, Richard, Gary "Butch" Cooley and Donna Cooley.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Herbst of Park Falls and Karen Herbst (Jerry) of Glidden; her grandchildren, Kristin (Ben), Rachael (Eric), Kendra (Kelly), Jacob (Paige), Allan and Amy; and her great grandchildren, Trevor, Kendell, Jaylynn, Wyatt, Jamie, Autumn, Kennedy, August, Kassidy, Rayce, Rayya and Kyle. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Congregational United Church of Christ. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at the Nola Cemetery Park.
