For Patrick is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Patricia Houston and Jennifer Swoboda (Jay); his grandchildren, Bailey Loquai (Josh), Jennifer Shae Vacek (Tyler), Chloe McKeone (Trevor) and Alex Swoboda; his family, Brian Bersch, Tracy Bersch (Diane Orlando) and Vicky Gilson; and his grandchildren, Kristin Gilson, Kathryn Gilson, Kyle Bersch and Dylan Bersch.
