He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Ted" Decot and Gladys Decot (Hendrickson); and his siblings, Annette Lalor, Gene Carroll Decot of Waunakee, Georgette Jeanne, Charlotte Elleen Decot and Gloria Mae Decot.
He is survived by: his wife Helene (Vandre); his sons, Evan Decot (Jina) of Pardeeville and Jonathan Decot of Rio; his grandchildren, Zachary Decot of Pardeeville and Hannah Decot; his great grandchild Wade Todd of Portage; and his close friend Dan McCormick.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grasse Funeral Service - Rio (401 Angel Way, Rio, WI 53960). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at the Ohio Cemetery (N4661 Cemetery Rd, Rio, WI 53960).
