She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Binkley and W. Dave Griffith; her son-in-law Jason Morris; and her close friend Patty Martin. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Phipps; her daughters, Melissa Routte (Hunter), Amanda Brickey (Richard) and Abigail Simkins-Stricker (Robert); her grandchildren, Brayden (Jayde), Makayla, Kaylyn, Breana, Ricky, Adelaide, Deetrich, Denver, Brooklyn and Brylee; her great grandchildren, Hendrix, Tegan and Paisley; her sisters, Karen Jenkins (Cress) and Barbara Griffith; her in-laws, Lois and Roland Phipps; the father of her children Richard Simkins, Jr.; and also Shae Phipps.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rader-McDonald-Tidd Funeral Home (1355 W Main St, West Jefferson, OH 43162). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
