He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl R. Hitt and Agnes E. Hitt (Evans); and his brother Daniel Hitt. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Hitt (Cline); his children, Michael Hitt (Heather) of Wellsville, Charissa Nagy (Mike) of Canton and Jeremy Hitt (Katie) of Wellsville; and his grandchildren, Jacob Hitt (Bree), Cody Hitt (Karen), Bradley Nagy, Jason Nagy, Avery Hitt and Jeremiah Hitt.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wellsville First Christian Church (831 Main St, Wellsville, OH 43968). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
