He was predeceased by: his parents, Henrietta Cessna and Clayton Cessna; and his brother Robert Cessna. He is survived by: his close friend Nico; his grandchildren, Carmen, Gianna and Jay Cessna of Michigan; his wife Joan Cessna; his children, Christina Papaleo (Frank) and Philip Cessna (Vicki); his granddaughters, Isabella Papaleo and Olivia; his sons, Clayton Cessna and Vince Cessna; and his sisters, Jeanine Carson of Woodridge and Cassie Small of Winchester, Tennessee. He is also survived by grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lamiell Funeral Home (1353 Cleveland Ave NW, Canton, OH 44703). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Paul Catholic Church (241 S Main St, North Canton, OH 44720).
