He was predeceased by: his parents, Cono Randazzo and Erminia Randazzo (Caroselli); his wife Stella M. Randazzo (Parker); and his siblings, Jean DeWees, Concetta "Chick" Randazzo, Carmela Randazzo, Mary Soletz, Michael, Salvatore and Joseph Randazzo.
He is survived by: his children, Regina Randazzo and Vince A. Randazzo Jr.; his grandchildren, Ashley and Gino Randazzo; and his sister-in-law Wanda Randazzo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
