He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Weaver and Armilla Weaver (Maybaugh); his grandfather Willie; his siblings, Mary Edith Obermiller (James) and Edward Weaver (Joanne); his sister-in-law Mary Ann Peacock (John); and his close friend Sandy Wagner.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Flaherty (Patrick) of Hunting Valley, Ohio and Mike Weaver (Shirley) of Dover; his grandchildren, Robert, Julia, Laura Weaver, Nathan, Kevin and Megan Flaherty; his siblings, Ruth Graef (Jerry) of Dover and Samuel Weaver (Jean) of Roswell; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Putnam (Neil) of Savannah, Georgia and John Perko (Loretta) of North Canton.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home- Dover (803 N Wooster Ave, Dover, OH 44622). A wake will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 6:45 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (613 N Tuscarawas Ave, Dover, OH 44622).
