He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Leasure; and his sister Anita Stephens. He is survived by: his mother Nina M. McCune Leasure of Lewisville; his children, Jeffrey L. Leasure, Jr. (Jessica) of Atwater, Kendall M. Leasure of Atwater and Haleigh N. Leasure of Atwater; his grandchildren, Jaxson, Eliana and Adeline; and his siblings, Charles R. McCune of South Olive, Bobbi Y. Smith of Barnesville, Shelly L. Stephens (Ricky) of Woodsfield, Fred J. Leasure (Carol) of Carlisle and Chrissy E. Thompson (Shawn) of Caldwell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McVay-Perkins Funeral Home (416 East St, Caldwell, OH 43724). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
