She was predeceased by: her husband Glen Urban; her siblings, Charles, Walt Copley and Janet Schuster; and her grandson David Bernabei II.
She is survived by: her children, Pam McGuire (Brad), Gigi McGuire (Jim), Jul Bernabei (Dave), Carla Bagnoli and Wes Urban (Chris). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Heritage Cremation and Burial Society- Paquelet Falk (303 S Chapel St #1, Louisville, OH 44641).
