He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Kitty" Stanish Popovich; his children, Karen DeAmicis (Ronald) of Austintown, Dr. Peter Popovich (Ange) of Louisville, KY, Dan Popovich of Austintown and Nancy McCarthy (Dan) of Canfield; his grandchildren, Ron DeAmicis, Jamie Webber (Tom), Dr. Peter (Bianca), Nicholas Popovich, Alexandra McGuire (Dylan), John Isaac Popovich (Taylor), Lilli Popovich, Chrissy Popovich, Luke Popovich, Justin Popovich, Kathryn McCarthy and Daniel McCarthy; and his great grandchildren, Peter, Sofia, Rose Popovich, Aiden, Zoe, Nolan McGuire, Ethan, Matt Karpinski and Storie Grace Webber.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home (3100 Canfield Rd, Youngstown, OH 44511). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
