He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank DeLeonardis and Dorothy DeLeonardis (Polen); his wife Freda DeLeonardis; and his brothers, Harold and Gerry DeLeonardis.
He is survived by: his son Todd DeLeonardis (Elizabeth "DeDe"); his sister Donna DeLeonardis; his grandchildren, Erica Axmacher (Josh), Justin Smith (Laura) and Danielle Phillips (Walker); and his great grandchildren, Peyton, Eliana, Joella "JoJo", Ariella "Arie", Macy, Asher, Kaden and Mattie.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home (685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
