He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Morgan and Loretta Morgan (Gee); his siblings, Wanda May Dunlap and Ronnie Morgan; and his son Mathew Wheeler.
He is survived by: his wife Faith; his children, Denise Barton (Timothy Jr.) of Danville, Phebe Cyphers of Utica, Crystal Wheeler (Jerry Simmons) of St. Louisville, Amber Wheeler of Newark and Jeanette VanNess (David) of Zanesville; his grandchildren, Kylea (Austin), Connie, Zachery, Angel, Gracie, Desirai, Hunter, Lucas and Freya; and his great grandchildren, Oaklynn and Russel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Brucker-Baker Funeral Home (34 N Main St, Utica, OH 43080). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
