He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Singer and Velma Singer (Tesch); his son Jeff Singer; and his sister Evelyn Neil. He is survived by: his significant other Shirley Miller (Raycheck); his sons, Joseph Singer, Jason Miller (Crystal) and Jerry; his grandchildren, Peyton and Branded Miller; and his siblings, Thomas Singer (Helen) and Kathy Mohler (Tom Evans). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
