In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Rachael leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Rachael may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She is survived by: her husband Andrew Harvey; her mother Shari Rockwell; her siblings, C. Tate Bowen, Kayleigh Bowen and Jarod Bowen; her in-laws, John Harvey and Rachel Harvey; and her brother-in-law Alex Hickey. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
