He is survived by: his significant other Edwina Church; his children, Laura Church, Iyonna Stormer, Elaejah Church, Jereimah Church, Michael Church of Columbus, James Church of Lorain and Brandon Church of Canton, Ohio.; his siblings, Michael Church, Bonita Church of Cleveland, Richard Davis (Belinda), Margret Rippton of Detroit and Tonny Victor of Virgina Beach, Virginia; and his uncle Edward Church (Butch) of Lorain. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Peace - North (2500 Cleveland Ave, Columbus, OH 43211). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
