He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard (Alma Beal) and Jack (Delma Barnes); his son Jack S. Barnes; and his brothers, Barry Barnes, Dave Falls and Richard Beal.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Barnes; his daughter Audra Boone (Michael); his grandchildren, Toby, Dylan, Breonna, Brandon, Brandi and Jocelyn; his siblings, Don Beal (Kim), Brenda Radmacher and Bonnie Barnes; and his pets, Gracie and Angel.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Wackerly Funeral Home (1375 Market Ave N, Canton, OH 44714). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 9:45 AM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Akron Children's Hospital.
