He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Frank and Marie Frank (Gulling); and his siblings, Helen Mary Frank, Catherine Skolosh (John), Rita Resh (Bill), Margaret Brown (Virgil), Harold Frank (Judy), Richard A. Frank, Sr. (Pauline), Robert Frank (Mary), Bernard Frank (Helen), Arthur Frank (Joyce) and Edward Frank (Mildred).
He is survived by: his wife Florence L. Frank (Garr); his children, Connie Teal (Todd) of North Canton, Donna Emigh (Mike) of North Georgetown and Ken Frank (Joanne) of Copley; his grandchildren, Joel Teal (Haley), Chelsea Neer (Casey), Ashley Prues (Mark), Rachel Caton and Emily Caton; his great grandchildren, Elliot Neer and Peyton Prues; his sisters, Marlene Smith of Alliance and Vivian Krabill of Alliance; and his sister-in-law Joyce Frank of North Canton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home (1000 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Regina Coeli Catholic Church (663 Fernwood Blvd, Alliance, OH 44601).
