He is survived by: his children, Ken Thompson (Sharon), Kelli Schott (Greg) and Katie Gerbetz (Jon); his grandchildren, Dylan Thompson (Marie), Geoffery Schott (Emily), Brittany McCune (Austin), Anais Gerbetz and Avery Gerbetz; and his great grandchildren, Parker, Luke, Aubrey, Huston, Caroline and Elyse.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305, USA). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
