It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leana Capuano of Canton, Ohio, who passed away on August 12, 2025, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Sparvoli and Peter Sparvoli; her husband Anthony Capuano; her sister Louise McIntee; her brother-in-law Robert McIntee; and her nephew R. Christopher McIntee.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Capuano, Mark Capuano (Bolivar), Susan (Mark) and Hoffman (Green); her grandchildren, Nicholas Hoffman (Mallory), Miranda Capuano and Vincent Capuano (Jessica); and her niece Jane Balla (Terry). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church (3430 St Michaels Blvd NW, Canton, OH 44718). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, August 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
