He was predeceased by: his wife Charlene Sankey; his parents, John and Mattie; and his daughters, Delores Sankey and Valerie Sankey-Harris.
He is survived by: his children, June F Allen, Diane Ransom (John), John Anthoney Sankey (Jacqueline) and Daniel Sankey Jr.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel (705 Raff Rd SW, Canton, OH 44710).
