He is survived by: his children, Patrick Michael Jacobs II (Shyla Jean Harper), Alisa Shannon Jacobs (Ray Dennis IV) and Dalton Andrew Jacobs; his grandchildren, Patrick Michael Jacobs III, Andrew Guy Jacobs, Lyam Dalton Jacobs and Alice Akari Ai Jacobs; his siblings, Sean Harley Jacobs (Elizabeth) and Jennifer Lynn Jacobs; his brother-in-law Robert Lippert; and his pet Killian. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
