He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Manning and Kathleen Reagan Manning; his brother Mike; his sister-in-law Linda Manning; and his sister Colleen.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Manning (Ball); his siblings, J. Patrick Manning of Canton, Kathleen Zidian (Jimmy) of Boardman, Marian Acerra (Mark) of Girard, Martina Marzano (Dominic) of Struthers, Margie Bishop of Charlotte, NC, Edgar Manning (Shirley) of Chandler, AZ and Liam Manning of Chattanooga, TN.; and his grandchildren, Sam, Leo, Rosie, Josephine, Max and Dagny.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Edward Church (240 Tod Ln, Youngstown, OH 44504). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Tom's honor to UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
