She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul D. Moore and Ruth L. Moore (Carney); her granddaughter Chelsea Lynn Belcher; her brother Gary Moore; her siblings-in-law, James Belcher, Ida Mae Belcher and Dorothy Phillips; and her close friend Dixie Hysell.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Belcher, Sr.; her children, Bill Belcher, Jr. and Valerie Dorris (Mark); her sister-in-law Judy Yates (Danny); her sibling's children, Michael, Jeannette, Cheryl, Penny, Joanne, Steve, Charlene and Johnny; and her friends, Lynne Cartwright and Linda French. She is also survived by many other friends and four legged friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Brucker-Kishler Funeral Home (985 N 21st St, Newark, OH 43055). A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wilson Cemetery (4254 Marion Rd NE, Newark, OH 43055).
