He is survived by: his wife Karen Harper; his son Andy Harper (Megan); his grandchildren, Zachary and Katie; his child Kelly Hightland (John); his grandchildren, Izak, Destiny, Dylan, Faith, Hope and Kevin Harper (Sara); his great grandchildren, Bailey, Adella of Layla, CJ and Xander; his grandson Keith Harper; his great grandchildren, Bella and Gracie; his grandson Rockne; and his pet Harley.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Silver Park (2930 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601).
