It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie A. Rink of West Chester, Ohio, born in Canton, New York, who passed away on September 2, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Valerie's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Valerie has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Charles Rink; her brothers, Tom, Don and Doug James; her close friend Tracey Hutchinson; and her parents, Mavis James and Boyden James.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Hodapp Funeral Homes - West Chester (8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
