She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving Carno and Janice Carno. She is survived by: her husband Steven Harf; her children, Joshua (Elizabeth Knueven), Mikayla and Zachary; and her siblings, Ellen (Neil Leifer), Paul (Jane Sarwin) and David.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Congregation Mishkan Or (26000 Shaker Blvd, Shaker Heights, OH 44122).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leslie's memory to Congregation Mishkan Or, The Gathering Place, or the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance.
